The competitors did two regular Brazilian jiu-jitsu instructional courses. Every meeting went on for one hour and thirty minutes, included a brief general and explicit warm-up, specialized preparing for twenty minutes (immobilizing, arm joint-locks and choking) and six battle reproductions of six minutes each, mixed by four-minute times of uninvolved recuperation. The battle reenactments piece of the meeting was completed with the most elevated conceivable power and the competitors got verbal support from the training staff.
